5 Hours on Church Documents in Dallas!

This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of spending the day (9 am to 3 pm with one hour for lunch) with about 100 catechists in the Diocese of Dallas, TX, exploing Church documents! I know, I know…you’re insanely jealous because you would want nothing more than to spend a Saturday exploring Church documents, right? Believe it or not, we actually had a wonderfully engaging day that went by quickly. When it comes to Church documents, it all boils down to the fact that we catechists have SO many rich resources from which to draw.

I had the privilege of teaming up with friend and colleague Martin Lopez who delivered the same presentation upstairs to about 150 Spanish-speaking catechists and it looks like they had a great time to!

Thanks to the good folks of Dallas for inviting me and for allowing me to spend time exploring our faith and the ministry of catechesis. From Dallas, it was on to San Antonio with my wife Joanne to begin vacation.
