Busy Life? Restless Soul? Special Online Event Today!

Becky Eldredge Social Media Takeover - Author Event

Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Becky Eldredge—spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and writer—and I was so impressed with her passion for spirituality and the gifts that she brings to God’s People as they walk the spiritual journey. I’m happy to announce that Becky will be live for a special Facebook event today, February 13, helping us create space to connect faith and everyday life.

From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST, Becky will be hosting a social media takeover of Loyola Press’s Ignatian Spirituality Facebook channel. She will appear on Facebook LIVE to chat with you about the following topics:

9:00 a.m. Praying in Daily Life
12:00 p.m. Encountering God in Busyness
6:00 p.m. Prayer in Family Life

For more details or to join the event, click here.

Becky’s topics are great for fostering catechists’ spirituality. If you’re not familiar with Ignatian spirituality—the spirituality behind Finding God: Our Response to God’s Gifts—this is a wonderful opportunity to learn about this practical spirituality from a source who is available to answer your questions all day.

If you can’t participate today, or Facebook events aren’t your thing, Becky writes at another Loyola Press blog, dotMagis at IgnatianSpirituality.com. She is also the author of the new book Busy Lives & Restless Souls: How Prayer Can Help You Find the Missing Peace in Your Life. She lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with her husband and three children.

Thanks, Becky!
