Will this webinar be recorded and available for viewing at a later time? Or is there a way to save it as a video while we watch it?

I signed up for Webinar about the Roman Missle changes scheduled for Wednesday, February 9. Thats what the email stated. I received the reminder, that stated Feb. 8. Well, its Feb 9 and I missed it, I guess. What happened to the one for tonight?
