This webinar was a good reminder of the three main focuses we practice on our journey toward Easter. I liked the refresher on the examination of conscience as I haven’t practiced it in a while. The idea of a Lenten companion/sponsor throughout Lent is a really good idea to remind us that we are not alone in our spiritual journey, but that God is there through that other person.
