I had the pleasure of doing a Catechist’s Toolbox presentation for about 50 catechists in the Northern Deanery of Indianapolis on Thursday evening and the folks there really outdid themselves…take a look at this welcome table!
Speaking of the Catechist’s Toolbox, DRE Jackie Noll (St. Matthew, Indianapolis) gave me a grand tour of her facilities including her storage space. Now THAT’S a toolbox! Look at this vast array of resources for catechists and how nicely organized!

And finally, get a load of this: the DREs provided each attendee with a $10 gift card to use toward resources at the Loyola Press table coordinated by my friend Kathleen Suzuki. It’s a new form of currency!

I showed your recent coverage of your visit to a parish in northern IN to our DRE and asked him if he thought we could plan to have your visit our Catechists sometime in the future. So, I’m here asking if you could please contact me regarding your schedule and fees.
We have recently purchased “The Catechist’s Toolbox” for each of our Catechists. We would like to build upon that by having our Catechists actually hear your ideas.

Hi Donna and thanks so much for the invitiation to Fishers, IN. At present, I am doing my catechist visits locally. If something changes, I’ll let you know.
