I’m enjoying my first visit to Duluth, MN, and I have to say that it is simply one of the most beautiful lakefronts I have ever seen! I had a wonderfully relaxing afternoon here yesterday, topped off by a nice 5-mile run along the lake walk. Lots of nice quiet time last evening in the hotel room to get some writing done. Today, I will do a presentation at the Minnesota Catholic Education Association Conference. I look forward to spending a few hours with catechists and Catholic school religion teachers, as we look at skills and strategies for effective catechesis drawing from my book, The Catechist’s Toolbox!

I spent the last couple of days in the Dutchess/Ulster County area and the fall colors are already showing in such splendor, especially along the Taconic State Parkway. I did two Being, Knowing, and Doing professional development workshops for catechetical leaders in the region and had a very nice time visiting with these hard-working and dedicated folks. So here’s a SHOUT OUT to all the folks I met […]
A Shout Out to Powell, Ohio!

Thank You, Green Bay!
No, I’m not thanking Green Bay for anything the Packers have done recently! Hi Joe,
I attended your workshops. You did a great job. Three hours is a long time! You offered to share your power point presentation. Can you tell me how to find it? I’d like to share bits with our catechists throughout the first part of the year.
Thanks so much. It looks like you are doing a lot of traveling. Do you get to stay home for a while soon?
Blessings,
Linda
Thanks, Linda. I’ll be in touch with you by email about the powerpoint. Yes, I’ve enjoyed being home and always do!
