  2. Joe, thank you so much for all the work you put into this. Ever since we heard you speak at our catechist inservie on “Bible Blueprint” I have wanted to share this information with my classes. This is a perfect way to give the kids the same gift you gave us at your talk! I’m going to make this our parent’s night so parents can get in on the information as well. I love your website and thank you so much for doing all this footwork so we can share it with others!!

  3. Thanks so much for sharing all of this wonderful information! I plan to adapt the format somewhat since we do not have other classes with which to rotate. I will focus on a few stations at the beginning of class each week and put the Learning Station print outs on the classroom bulletin boards. Each student will assemble their own Bible Booklet over the weeks using folders with the 3 hole brad inserts for the fill-in sheets. I will condense the Old and New Testament abbreviation pages for every student to include their own copy at the front of their booklet. Also will add some additional pages for them to record a favorite verse/story/passage from each section of the Bible and reflect on why they chose it. I love the bookmarks and plan to laminate them as well. Thank you!

  4. Joe,
I just used your Bible Learning Stations with my family-centered formation group and it was a big hit! My question – has this activity been translated into Spanish? I have two families in my group in which the parents speak/read Spanish, and very little spoken English.

I do have a co-catechist that translates the session each month; however, having materials such as this in Spanish would be awesome!

Thanks for sharing your Catholic imagination with all of us!

    • Hi Mary Ellen and thanks for sharing the good news about the success you had with the Bible Learning stations! Since I created those learning stations on my own for my own classes a few years ago, they are not translated into Spanish. However, my book, The Bible Blueprint, from which all the information is taken, IS available in Spanish: Los planos de la Biblia. Hopefully this will assist in creating Spanish learning stations. Thanks again for sharing!
