Stations of the Cross Resources

CFVol1-1768406ThI spent some time looking up some good resources on the Stations of the Cross. Some are online resources, some are downloadable, some are especially for children, others are for general audiences. I hope these are helpful as you plan on praying the Stations of the Cross with your group during Lent.

The Stations of the Cross with Mary – Then and Now (Creighton University) – four-page handout

The Stations of the Cross (Creighton University) – four-page handout

Stations of the Cross (USCCB) –  based on those celebrated by Pope John Paul II on Good Friday, 1991

Stations with coloring pages (domestic-church.com)

Stations of the Cross for Children (Loyola Press) – downloadable PDF for children or online version

If you know of some good resources for the Stations of the Cross, please share them!

  1. I’ve been collecting Stations of the Cross resources for a few years now. My list is available at: http://delicious.com/Denise205/stations. There are just so many good things out there for Lent online! Still, the version I keep coming back to using with my own class of 7th graders is the blackline master set of Stations of the Cross from Christ Our Life.

  2. Stabat Mater is a great work for kids to get exposed to. Any number of composers have been putting it to music for centuries, and it’s an easy introduction to Latin as well.
