BTW, the Roman Missal pictured above is the chapel version, meaning it’s the smaller version. The one that will be used in most churches at Sunday Mass is much bigger…the altar servers will need to practice lifting weights!

Our parish had seminars in Spring and Summer, and has been easing into the new trans since September, so it was no sweat last Sunday.
The kids have been hearing the new trans in my class since 2010, so I suppose that helped them out as well (those whose parents actually take them to Mass).

Sorry to be such an idiot (it’s a tough job, but…) Is the Chapel version (a good size I think for two to share and still see the print) a correct collection and presentation of all the Prayers Proper for the People in the Pews?
Isn’t there a fundamental difference in contents between the so called Daily Missal and these Altar and Chapel versions?
What do I want to order so we can read all the propers and the ordinary at arms length?

Ken, I’m pretty sure it’s the same content, just a different size. But don’t take my word for it…I got the chapel version because it’s the cheapest one! Best bet is to talk to someone at the publishing house such as Liturgy Training Publications.
