What are you doing to maintain your spiritual wellness?
The last time I asked this question, I got some great responses, including: attending daily Mass, praying the daily Examen, volunteering to help others, using the 3-Minute Retreat, reading Scripture and inspirational books, practicing Adoration, and asking colleagues or a spiritual director for guidance. I invite you to consider the question over the next few days: What are you doing to maintain your spiritual wellness? Share your responses in the comments box below, and let’s be inspired by each other’s ideas!
