Spiritual Wellness Virtual Retreats

online retreat for catechists

During the pandemic, when most of us were isolated in our homes, we struggled to maintain our emotional and spiritual wellness. Even now that we are emerging from the pandemic, many of us continue to struggle to maintain our balance as we seek to find our footing and meet the challenges of a world that seems to grow more complex by the day.

In response to this reality, I partnered with the good folks at the Office for Lifelong Faith Formation in the Archdiocese of Chicago to develop a series of spiritual wellness virtual retreats that are available to anyone for free! For each segment, I drew from my book, 7 Keys to Spiritual Wellness. This series invites us to see Christianity as a spiritual path whose guideposts can lead us to a deeper faith and into a more harmonious relationship with God and others.

Here are links to the five sessions. Each progresses by retreatants scrolling down to the next segment and clicking play.

Consider using these retreats on your own or in a group (ideal for catechist retreats throughout the year). Our spiritual wellness is crucial so that we can truly accompany those we serve, teach, and apprentice on their spiritual journeys!
