Under the Influence of Jesus – My New Book is Now Available!

Under the Influence of JesusYesterday was my first day back at work after the Christmas break and it turns out that Santa was still in the giving mood! I was surprised to receive a copy of my new book, Under the Influence of Jesus: The Transforming Experience of Encountering Christ.

I believe this book will be a wonderful tool for the New Evangelization! In it, I capture the essence of what happens to a person when he or she encounters Christ. In simple terms, a transformation happens – one that invites us to live in an alternate reality called the Kingdom of God. This transformation is characterized, above all, by a profound lack of inhibition…the same lack of inhibition that caused people to suspect that the Apostles were “under the influence” when they proclaimed the Gospel for the first time on Pentecost (Acts 2:13) This book will help you to recapture the simplicity and power of that first proclamation of the Gospel so that we can re-introduce people to Jesus in a way that truly transforms hearts and minds!

You can order the book from Loyola Press by following this link:

May we all be inebriated by the Holy Spirit!
