North Woods Catechesis
I enjoyed the last couple of days in Northern Wisconsin with 100 catechetical leaders looking at how we proclaim the story of salvation through a Catholic lens. We had a wonderful time together and I hopefully set the stage for my long-time friend and colleague, Carole Eipers, to take over and carry the gathering through tomorrow. Spring Enrichment – Albany, New York
I’ll be doing a couple of presentations at the Spring Enrichment conference for the Diocese of Albany, New York. As always, I look forward to meeting catechists from another part of God’s world! I’ll be speaking about the Catechist’s Toolbox and about God’s Library (Scripture). I’ll be flying there on “Cloud 9” – that’s where I am following the Chicago Blackhawks’ big win last night!!! I’m on my way home from a very nice day and a half in Omaha, Nebraska (my first time in this lovely state) where I did a Being, Knowing, and Doing workshop for about 35 catechetical leaders.
