I had a wonderful afternoon with nearly 400 catechists who gathered at St. Joan of Arc Parish in Powell, Ohio, for their kick-off for the year. I was honored to speak on Practice Makes Catholic! Thanks, folks, for a great afternoon!

I’m Back!
I’m back from vacation and ready to rock and roll! (Must be that stop at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland while on vacation! BTW, one of the most interesting things to see there is the diversity of visitors – saw a kid with a mohawk haircut standing next to an elderly person in a wheelchair, observing an exhibit…very cool!) Autumn in New York
New York is indeed beautiful in Autumn! I spent the last couple of days in the Dutchess/Ulster County area and the fall colors are already showing in such splendor, especially along the Taconic State Parkway. I did two Being, Knowing, and Doing professional development workshops for catechetical leaders in the region and had a very nice time visiting with these hard-working and dedicated folks.
