I’ve completed the 4 Learning Stations for the Old Testament that will be part of our lesson this coming Monday evening. Here they are in PDF:
Here are the Student Fill-In Sheets for the Old Testament Learning Stations:
Bible Learning Stations fill in sheets – Old Testament
And here are the Old Testament bookmarks:
Tomorrow, I’ll get to work on the New Testament Learning Stations and begin assembling the display boards for each. I also noticed that I consider Daniel a “major” prophet on the Prophets Learning Station materials and a “minor” prophet on the bookmark! Oh well, I hope you can live with that minor inconsistency! It seems to depend on which resource your drawing from.
I am enjoying the learning tools also our catechists.
keep up the good work.
hi i will share this with fellow catehicsts a very interesting way of teaching the bible i am sure they will enjoy teaching the bible now as much as i will
Incredible! I can’t wait to put this together for my 6th grade students I teach M-F at our local Catholic School plus our Faith Formation 6th graders who I teach on Sunday. Thank you for sharing your talent and the time it took to put the centers together. On to the New Testament! God bless!
Wonderful, Ann. You sound even more excited than I do! 🙂
I used the learning stations as a review for the Confirmation class. They loved it. Thank you
Joe, our 6th grade is going to do the Old Testament Learning Stations tonight. We are a little anxious, but we are sure the kids are going to enjoy it. We will take pictures and share them later.
Great, Stephanie, good luck and please do send along pics!
Hi! These stations look great and I am planning to use them with my youth class. Is there a way that you could have them in Spanish for my Adult Formation sessions in Spanish? I was thinking of translating them, but I LOVE the pictures.
Thanks,
Hi Maria. Unfortunately, I am not able to get those translated at this time however you can copy and paste the images into your own PowerPoint. I hope that works for you.
Thanks so much for sharing this! It is exactly what I need for my 6th graders! I love the interactive idea rotating with the other classes and the bookmarks are perfect!!
