The Bible Blueprint 10th Anniversary Giveaway

Bible Blueprint Anniversary Giveaway - book covers of Bible-themed books

I was thrilled to learn recently that Pope Francis has declared the Third Sunday of Ordinary Time as “Word of God Sunday,” with the first observation of this taking place on January 26, 2020. What a great way to highlight the role of Scripture in the faith lives of Catholics! It is through Scripture that God reveals himself to us as a God who seeks to rescue, restore, and reassure us. This is our story—our narrative—within which we live our lives and find meaning. As catechists, we are the tellers of this great story and committed to faithfully transmitting the narrative of our salvation to each generation. Of course, that means that we ourselves need to have a firm grasp on this story as it comes to us in Scripture. It is for that reason that, 10 years ago, I wrote my book The Bible Blueprint: A Catholic’s Guide to Understanding and Embracing God’s Word.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Bible Blueprint, Loyola Press is offering you the chance to win a copy of this book and other Bible-related titles. We have several book prizes to give away to lucky readers of Catechist’s Journey.
