The Evangelizing Catechist: A Webinar with Joe Paprocki

It’s that time of the year when many catechists—both new and veteran—are gearing up for a new year of faith formation! To help catechists more effectively proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ and truly transform hearts and minds, I am excited to offer a free webinar: The Evangelizing Catechist, on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. (CDT).

In this webinar, I’ll be drawing from my book, Preparing Hearts and Minds: 9 Simple Ways for Catechists to Cultivate a Living Faith, to help catechists identify practical strategies for engaging those they teach in a manner that is truly evangelizing and transformative. This webinar is for all catechists, whether newcomers to the role or veteran catechists looking to increase the number of tools at their fingertips.

I’m also very excited to announce that the host of this webinar will be Julianne Stanz, nationally known speaker and author of several books, including The Catechist’s Backpack (which she co-authored with yours truly), Braving the Thin Places, and Start with Jesus.
